Peanut Butter Avocado Brownies
- 1 box brownie mix (for 9x9" batch)
- ⅔ cup pureed avocado
- ⅓ cup water
- ½ cup peanut butter
- Butter a 9x9" baking dish and preheat oven according to the brownie mix box instructions.
- Add brownie mix, pureed avocado, and water to a large bowl and stir to combine. Pour into greased baking dish.
- Dollop spoonfuls of peanut butter on top of brownie batter and use a sharp knife to pull through the batter to marble it.
- Bake according to brownie mix instructions. If a toothpick inserted comes out with raw batter, continue cooking 5 minutes or until it removes clean.
- Cool completely and slice brownies with a plastic knife for best results.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
