In a small saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in oil, sugar, and cocoa.
In a medium bowl whisk together eggs and vanilla. Pour in chocolate mixture and combine. Add salt, coffee, nuts, and flour and mix just to combine.
Pour into a greased 9x9" baking pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until the center looks almost set. If you like your brownies fudgy like me, it's always best to remove them earlier rather than later. If they're not quite set, you can always call them molten chocolate brownies and serve them warm with vanilla ice cream.
