Disappearing Key Lime Pie

June 28, 2010 By Jelli 1 Comment

Another recipe with no photos? Yes, I admit it, I’m terrible with the food photography. I forget. Nevertheless, I assure you that this key lime pie is perfect for summer.

  1. No-bake (Unless you too opt to make the graham crust from scratch.)
  2. Cold and citrusy = perfect summer pairing
  3. Five minute prep
  4. Recipe makes 2 pies; now, and later!
Miz Jo Ann’s  Key Lime Pie
From Tasty Kitchen
Makes 2 pies
8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c. key lime juice
1-8 oz. tub Cool Whip or 1 pint heavy cream, whipped
2 Pre-made graham cracker crusts
Beat cheese and milk until smooth. Mix in juice and beat again. Gently fold in whipped cream and smooth into 2 graham shells. Chill a few hours before serving. Garnish with  lime wedges, if desired.
