My Favorite Banana Recipes

June 5, 2012 By Jelli 4 Comments

The banana tree in our friend’s garden has two racimes this year. That’s LOADS of bananas! One lone banana was ripe, so yesterday this racime was machete-chopped down to ripen indoors lest the birds gobble them all up. It held 11 hands of bananas. I can’t wait for them to ripen!! I’d love to share with you my favorite banana recipes.
