    Is it okay to admit that I don’t like mint? Never have, not really sure why. But this recipe looks really amazing, and I know all the Thin Mint fans will be swooning over this!

    Mint and chocolate are my favorite thing in the world. I never think to put mint in my chocolate though. Walking to the pantry pulling out the mint extract now! Thanks for the tips!

      Alli, I assure you that these cookies DO indeed make a great ending (and beginning!) to one’s day. Hope you give ’em a try this weekend. They’re so ridiculously easy you’ve gotta be careful not to get addicted to both the cookies and how quick it is to whip them up for any and all occasions.
