Are you snowed in? I’ve heard all over the place recently about the rampant snowstorms keeping parts of the US snowed in for days.
Can I remind you again how much I love tropical weather? It’s been in the 80’s recently, though much cooler than most Costa Rican summers. February hasn’t been filled with nearly the blistering sun of years past, and we actually have to wear sweats to bed to stay warm. Crazy, I know.
You don’t feel bad for me?
Okay, okay, I just wanted to make a case for hot chocolate, or rather frozen hot chocolate. I have always wanted to make a great frozen hot chocolate. I tried making it once and it didn’t turn out to be anything but watery icy chocolate milk. No good. I will have to try out some of these!
