Welcome to {Monday Mom Musings} link-up! I’m so excited you came to join the fun. Moms supporting moms is what Monday Mom Musings is all about. Autumn is on its way, whether we like it or not. I fall into the latter group. Of course, in the tropics the season changes are markedly different, but we do shiver as chilly winds blow through toward October’s beginnings. Babylegs are one of my favorite ways to keep Summer Elizabeth’s chubby little legs warm. If you’re not familiar with babylegs, they’re pretty much footless thigh-high socks for babies. Imagine warm tights without feet that scan from the top of the thigh to the ankle.
Babylegs are great because you have the option to cover baby’s feet (or not). Since my daughter is rapidly approaching walking, she spends 85% of her waking hours pulling up on nothing but every piece of furniture. If her toes were socked, she’d be “skating” around the floor and tumbling over. With babylegs her tiny piggies can better grip the floor while her cushy little legs keep toasty warm. Baby legwarmers make diaper changing a cinch. There’s no extra layer (as with tights) to remove at every change. We ♥ baby legs.

We absolutely adore our BabyLegs! 🙂 She has a couple of newborn pairs and was able to wear them until about 3-4 months. Now we have 3 new pair for the fall and winter. They are adorable.

How cute! I’ve seen lots of babies wear the baby legs but I just realized I don’t have one pair for Miles! Time to get on that. 🙂
