Let’s face it, not all popsicle molds are created equal. Sure, your favorite Nutella popsicles taste just as great coming from a Dixie cup mold, but why stick with old-fashioned popsicle molds when you can try fun shapes like these?
Behold, my favorite collection (from Amazon) of Not Your Mother’s Popsicle Molds.
Beginning with my favorite. Aren’t these underwater creatures the cutest? Each mold is different and has a tail that coordinates with the animal popsicle’s shape. So fun!

Which was your favorite mold? To be honest, I’m racking up quite a wishlist with these, though I know that that means my freezer won’t have room for much more than popsicles. As if that’s a bad thing, right? 😉

Super cute!! So many adorable ones that I can’t decide which one I want!

Glad you liked the lineup, Gabby. My favorites are the fish molds though the cat comes in second. The only reason it wasn’t my fave was because the price of one mold, yes ONE mold (why they sell them individually I don’t understand) costs the same as the entire set of underwater creatures. Hope you find a set to keep your kiddos entertained. Thanks for stopping by!

We have clear opaque tupperware ones growing up! Wow, I had no idea there were so many, I have two molds, that are rather boring until you put something yummy in them, but some of these are so cool, My kids would love to have the swirly ones, or the rockets, or the metal, or heck, all of them! I may have to start collecting popsicle molds! 🙂

Awesome!! I am going to have to get some of these. I don’t have any molds anymore and they have sure gotten exciting!!

Judith, you and I were in the same boat. I had no clue that cutesy popsicle molds even existed until just a few weeks ago. Hope you find a few yummy recipes from Popsicle Week to try out in a fun-shaped mold. Thank you so much for stopping by this week to say hi!

We have your favorites, the Zoku fish pop molds. Got them at bed beth and beyond the last time I was in the states. My daughter loves them. 🙂

Jealous! How do you like the fish molds? Do you find it easy to remove the popsicles. Since they’re silicon they look like they’d be a dream to use. Thanks for visiting! I’ll have to send my mom to Bed Bath and Beyond to scope out the molds for me!
Robin @thebakingexchange says
Yes, you don’t have to run them under hot water and I can do it almost one handed with a toddler on my hip. 🙂
Jelli says
Sounds absolutely beautiful! Yep, doing it with a baby on my hip is probably going to be my case for at least the next two years. I appreciate the feedback, Robin. Thank you!

Is it embarrassing that I had no idea popsicle molds came in shapes other than the regular ones? These are amazing! I want those fishie ones!
