Pistachio-Peanut Popsicles

July 2, 2015 By Jelli 5 Comments

Pistachio Peanut Popsicles- jellibean journalsWho´s game for an ice-cold popsicle on a warm, sunny day? (Hand held HIGH!) These grown-up pistachio-peanut popsicles go straight from the blender to your freezer in minutes and are a hit with kids and adults alike.

Roasted peanuts and crunchy green pistachios make these homemade popsicles stand out in a crowd of rainbow freezer pops. Simply whirl milk, sweetened condensed milk, and evaporated milk with the nuts and pour into popsicle molds (or Dixie cups, if you´ve still got popsicle molds on your wishlist like me.)

I love that you use Dixie cups for your popsicle molds! That is such a great idea. I love the pistachio-peanut flavor and love that these are super easy to make. Heading over to check out the recipe!

Thanks, Kelly! The nuts were a big hit with all who tried them. Most popsicles are fruity or chocolate-based so I had to break the mold. Have a beautiful week and thank you for taking a moment out of your day to say hello.

I love all the popsicle posts going on over here! You sure know how to do summer. Every summer, I promise myself I’ll make homemade popsicles and every year, I fall off the bandwagon. I think it’s because I was trying too many blueberry or pineapple popsicles and not enough peanut or pistachio (heck yes, where has this been all my life??) I cannot wait to give these a go when we get back from vacay, they look absolutely amazing!

You know, summer’s not the only time for popsicles, right?! (Smiles.) Gosh, I’d be so sad if I only had ice cream cones for three months of the year. Glad you found some recipes you’d like to try, Mary Frances. Enjoy your vacay!
